Topic: Abraham took care of visitors. (Genesis 18: 1-14)
Hello, wonderful students! Today, we will learn about a special man named Abraham and how he showed great kindness to visitors.
Abraham was a very good friend of God. He lived a long, long time ago in a big tent, and he loved to be kind to everyone.
One hot afternoon, Abraham was sitting outside his tent. He looked up and saw three men standing nearby. They were strangers, people he didn't know!

What do you think Abraham did? Did he hide? No! Abraham was very brave and kind. He ran to meet the three men! He bowed down to them, showing them respect.
Abraham invited the men to rest under a cool tree. He said, "Please, my friends, come and rest! I will bring you some water to wash your feet, and some food to eat. You must be tired from your journey."
Abraham quickly ran into his tent and told his wife, Sarah, "Quick! Make some fresh bread for our visitors!" Then, Abraham chose a fat, healthy calf and asked a servant to prepare it for a delicious meal. He also brought milk and butter. He made sure they had plenty to eat and drink!
Abraham stood nearby while his visitors ate. He wanted to make sure they had everything they needed. He was a wonderful host!
The visitors were very happy and felt loved. Guess what? These visitors were actually angels sent by God! They had a very special message for Abraham and Sarah. They told them that even though they were very old, they would soon have a baby boy! Abraham and Sarah were so surprised and happy!
This story teaches us that when we are kind and welcoming to visitors, we are pleasing to God. Abraham showed hospitality, which means being very friendly and generous to guests.
When a friend or a family member comes to visit your home, you can be like Abraham! You can offer them a toy to play with, share your snack, or ask if they need a glass of water. These small acts make visitors feel very welcome and happy.
Think about a time someone visited your house. What did you do to make them feel happy and comfortable, just like Abraham did for his visitors?
