Safety Measures while using the computer system 

1. Always exercise good sitting habit

2. Always use anti glare protection

3. Monitor base should be positioned correctly 

4. Dust free environment must be maintained 

5. Blink your eyebrows to reduce dryness

6. Shake your hands periodically when typing for long periods 

7. Take frequent short breaks when performing repetitive tasks

8. Adjust the chair to adapt your body for the proper height and lumbar support 

9. The top of the eyebrow should be leveled with the top of the screen
